Orders are processed within 24 hours on business days. Standard tracked shipping takes 5–10 business days to most of Europe and North America, and 7–14 business days elsewhere.
You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Shipping is free on all orders over $35. Below that, a flat rate of $4.99 applies. Express options are shown at checkout where available.
If you or your cat aren't happy, you can return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — no questions asked. Items should be unused and in original packaging where possible.
To start a return, email hello@purrypurry.com with your order number and we'll send a prepaid return label.
If something arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days with a photo and we'll ship a replacement or refund you immediately — no need to return the item.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive your return or approve your claim.
